I am a plant-based chef, culinary storyteller, and steward of Indonesia’s rich and diverse food heritage. Rooted in a deep reverence for biodiversity and ancestral foodways, my work transforms the abundant, often overlooked gifts of the archipelago into thoughtful, modern plant-based cuisine that honors tradition while embracing innovation.
About me
I have a background education in culinary, having to deal with the fast-paced of the kitchen life, I longed to have a more grassrooted approach towards food. I then discovered veganism in 2020 where I eventually fell in love with the whole philosophy. I pursued career in the plant-based industry for around 3 years, where I also learned about content creation. I eventually started my own page in 2024, this pursuit is my idea to make contents as an accessible archival page. A platform where I eternalize almost-forgotten food biodiversity and plant-based recipes, and channel it to the world.
